Della Valle was founded in 1983 in Vigliano d’Asti, in the heart of the Piedmont region. Thanks to the family’s enthusiasm and innovative methods, it produces special and high-quality grapes. Grappa di Amarone XO is made from red grape marc and has the nobility and character of Amarone wines. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 36 months in oak barrels in which the Amarone wines have previously been aged.
