2. Limitation of Storage of Personal Data

   • Personal data shall be stored as long as required to achieve the fulfilment of the referred to objectives. The period of storage of personal data shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations, taking into account storage restrictions, as well as storage of personal data shall be terminated immediately, if revocation of your personal data storage consent has been received.

3. Transfer of Personal Data – Confidentiality

5. Restriction of Service Provision

   • Our services are not provided to persons younger than 18 (eighteen) years. If we will become aware of information on processing of data of a minor person, all the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations will be observed in order for such data to be immediately deleted.

• To request rectification, erasure or personal data or restriction of personal data processing, as well as to object to processing of personal data;
