The Vaudon family traces its roots back to 1771, when the first Ugni Blanc vineyards were already identified. In 1833, new plantings were added to the family estate, enabling the production of the highest quality cognacs, using the most natural methods and handcrafted by Anne-Marie and Pierre Vaudon.
Pineau des Charentes Blanc is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, using two thirds freshly pressed and ripe grapes, combined with one third cognac. Aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months. A rich and round bouquet with notes of fig, vine blossom and vanilla.
On the palate, floral, honey and almond notes.
Excellent as an aperitif or served with desserts.
