Description
Dry red wine made from Cabarnet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Intense aroma dominated by blackcurrants, dark cherries, blackberries, black pepper. The taste of the wine is full-bodied, with rich, ripe fruit nuances and soft tannins. Perfect with pork, veal, beef, lamb, cheese. Storage potential 5-7 years. Serve at 16-18ºC.
