The Della Valle plant was founded in 1983 in the municipality of Vigliano d’Asti, in the heart of the Piedmont region. Thanks to the family’s enthusiasm and innovative methods, it makes special and high-quality grapes.
Grappa has a captivating aroma with spicy notes, notes of red berries and figs. Taste Grappa – slightly sweet, elegant. This drink is aged in oak barrels and then in barrels that were previously used for aging whiskey. It is thanks to this method of exposure, grappa was characteristic aroma of burnt barrels.
