Description
The Della Valle plant was founded in 1983 in the municipality of Vigliano d’Asti, in the heart of the Piedmont region. Thanks to the family’s enthusiasm and innovative methods, it makes special and high-quality grapes. This great Grappa is obtained from the distillation of our best pomace coming from the most suitable areas of Monferrato. Bain-marie distillation in small stills, then aging for a long time in barriques used for the aging of fine Demerara Rum from French Guiana. Sweet and delicate aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla; full-bodied and round. Served at a temperature of 9-13ºC.
