Dry red wine with a velvety and delicate red fruit aroma, made from Barbera grapes harvested in the commune of Monforte d’Alba, in the Piedmont region. The wine is characterized by a medium physique, mild tannins and a refreshing acidity, which is a typical feature of the grape variety. Stored for 8-9 months in steel tanks. Only ~ 12,500 bottles of such wine are produced per year. Served at 16-18ºC.
