Description
The Vaudon family traces its roots back to 1771, when the first Ugni Blanc vineyards were already identified. In 1833, new plantings were added to the family estate, enabling the production of the highest quality cognacs, using the most natural methods and handcrafted by Anne-Marie and Pierre Vaudon. Cognac Vaudon XO is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes harvested in Fins Bois Cru, aged for 20 years.
Deep golden colour with delicate aromas of jasmine and ripe banana. Silky lightness and delicacy, the characteristics that characterise this cognac!
The palate has notes of violets, mango, walnut and orange juice, finishing with exotic fruit and white flowers.
