Description
The Vaudon family traces its roots back to 1771, when the first Ugni Blanc vineyards were already identified. In 1833, new plantings were added to the family estate, enabling the production of the highest quality cognacs, using the most natural methods and handcrafted by Anne-Marie and Pierre Vaudon.
Cognac Vaudon VS is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, harvested in Fins Bois Cru, with an ageing process of 2-3 years.
Deep golden colour with honeyed aromas of pear and apricot.
The palate has notes of fresh white fruit interspersed with a spicy liquorice aftertaste.
