Excellent quality dry red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the vicinity of the village of Montalcino, Tuscany. Stored for 24 months in Slovenian oak, 8 months in a bottle. Light ruby red with brick reflections. Intense aroma, highlighting red berries, spicy spices and floral nuances. The taste of the wine is elegant, well balanced, with mild tannins and long-lasting aftertaste. Perfect compatibility with grilled or stewed game meat, matured cheeses, and pasta dishes with meat ragout. Pims serving is recommended to open the wine an hour in advance. Served at 18ºC.
