Description
The Vaudon family traces its roots back to 1771, when the first Ugni Blanc vineyards were already identified. In 1833, new plantings were added to the family estate, enabling the production of the highest quality cognacs, using the most natural methods and handcrafted by Anne-Marie and Pierre Vaudon. Cognac Vaudon VSOP is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes harvested in Fins Bois Cru, with an ageing process of 4-6 years.
It has a distinct golden hue with honeyed, sweet toffee and salty buttery aromas. Harmony and finesse, the hallmarks of this cognac!
The palate shows notes of ripe plums and figs, finishing with notes of candied fruit, white fruit and flowers.
