A dry red wine made from Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto grapes harvested in the commune of Monforte d’Alba in the Piedmont region. It is lightly structured and has a distinctive aroma dominated by cherries, raspberries and violets.
Aged for 6 months. 6 months in French oak barrels. Only ~3500 bottles of this wine are produced per year.
Perfect with veal, pasta and lamb dishes.
Serves at 16-18C.
