A dry white wine made from 60% Rolle, 40% Ugni Blanc, the finest grapes harvested in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence (Provence) region. Slightly yellow in colour with greenish tints.
Notes of fresh pear dominate, complemented by toasted almonds, and the palate is rounded off with refreshing lemon notes. Excellent as an aperitif. Served with fresh anchovies and sardines.
