The Della Valle plant was founded in 1983 in the municipality of Vigliano d’Asti, in the heart of the Piedmont region. Thanks to the family’s enthusiasm and innovative methods, it makes special and high-quality grapes. This grappa, aged for 12 years in large barrels, is obtained by harmonizing the pomace of the historic vineyards of Asti Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo. Sweet and delicate aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla; full-bodied and round. Served at a temperature of 9-13ºC.
