Description
Dry white wine with green pepper, sage and mint aroma, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested in the municipality of Kurtatsch, in mountain vineyards (600-700m), in the Alto Adige region. Excellent with asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish dishes and goat cheeses. Held for 6 months – 50% in oak barrels, 50% in steel tanks. Storage potential 6-8 years. Served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
