Description
Dry red wine, ruby red with a purple sheen, made from Dolcetto grapes harvested in the commune of Monforte d’Alba, in the Piedmont region. The taste is dominated by dark cherries, licorice and figs. Perfect with Italian dishes. Held for 8-9 months in French oak barrels, 45% in steel tanks. Only ~ 10,000 bottles of such wine are produced per year. Served at 16-18ºC.
